THE FOUNDERS
The Donovan's
Timothy and Dianne Donovan are the parents of two children, whom they adopted, that have AIDS. Both children are currently doing well, through the monitoring of their health care by a very caring medical team combined with parents who are deeply involved and have worked hard at educating themselves about medical care of children with HIV/AIDS.
Dianne Donovan
Mrs. Donovan is a nurse who currently is active as an AIDS educator, working at both a local and national level, and advocating for the rights of individuals living with HIV/AIDS. She is also a strong advocate for the rights of foster and adoptive children and their families. Mrs. Donovan currently is a member of the Pediatric Executive Committee to the AIDS Clinical Trial Group under the Division of AIDS, where she can have input into the design of new clinical research.
Timothy Donovan
Mr. Donovan is currently the Program manager of a local day treatment center and half way house for individuals with addictions. He is a Credentialed Alcoholism Counselor with a bachelor of arts degree in social and rehabilitation services. Mr. Donovan is currently working on his masters degree in administration and is also a strong advocate for individuals with addiction problems as well as individuals with HIV/AIDS, and children.
Daniel Donovan
Is a wonderful, outgoing seven year old boy living with AIDS who is now in first grade.
Quashawn Donovan
Is a beautiful, happy five year old girl living with AIDS who is now in kindergarten.
