New York State Department of Health Testimony for single payer

George M. Carter, FIAR's director, and Greg Otten, Direct Services Superviso at the Center for Independence of the Disabled in New York (CIDNY), gave moving testimony--as did many others--at these pulic hearings held by the New York State Department of Health. FIAR also supports the efforts of the Private Health Insurance Must Go! Coalition.
