The Healing Well is a Goddess Outreach Project serving the spiritual/physical/societal needs of the Trans/Gay/Lesbian/Bi communities.
We are dedicated to the individual and communal healing of body, soul, and spirit through the realization of Universal/Self Love. Love being the transformative power that streams forth from the heart of the Goddess and manifests in all creation. We seek to empower, create, and heal with Love in its many manifestations.
We fulfill our purpose primarily through educational presentations focusing on Nature spirituality, health, and community empowerment. We provide individual spiritual counseling, health education, and ritual work. We provide group workshops on Queer history, nutrition, HIV/STD risk reduction/prevention, Nature spirituality, stress reduction and personal/community development. We are also involved in various aspects of community activism. Our current on-going programs include: Inter-Q-Zone and the Nutrition Access Project. Since The Healing Well receives no government funding we rely on the generosity of the community we serve. Your donation helps to pay for printing and mailing of nutrition booklets and newsletters, cost of presentations, and underwrites Inter-Q-Zone and other services we provide to community members at no cost.
